With the upcoming Disney + documentary on The Beach Boys (beginning May 24th, 2024), it's fun to take a look back at various TV specials on this iconic group. Our buddy Bruce Johnston sent over this fun screenshot above of him with The Everly Brothers from the ABC special, "The Beach Boys 25 Years Together: A Celebration in Waikiki" from 1987! The Everly Brothers were a huge inspiration to The Beach Boys of course and it was awesome to see them part of this! Check out the special that was posted on youtube HERE:
